Job Description
TechCorp Inc. is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company focused on helping distributed teams collaborate more effectively. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead a core product area responsible for driving measurable customer and business outcomes. In this role you will own the product vision for your area, translate customer needs and company goals into a clear plan, and shepherd features from discovery through launch and iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market partners to align priorities, unblock delivery, and ensure releases achieve the intended impact. This is a hands-on role that balances long-term thinking with day-to-day execution in a high-velocity environment. The Senior PM will report to the Head of Product and will have opportunities to influence cross-product strategy as TechCorp scales.
Requirements
• Product strategy
• Roadmap prioritization
• Stakeholder management
• User research and discovery
• Metrics, analytics, and dashboards
• Experimentation and A/B testing
• Execution: planning, release management, and iteration
• Cross-functional leadership
• Customer empathy and qualitative interviewing
• Data analysis (SQL or equivalent)
• Prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW)
• OKR and outcome-driven planning
• Technical literacy to partner with engineering
• UX collaboration and prototyping
You should have a proven track record of delivering software products at a growth-stage or startup company. Expect to bring experience owning product initiatives end-to-end, from early discovery to shipping and iterating based on results. Comfortable operating with ambiguity, you make trade-offs transparently and align diverse stakeholders around a shared direction. Strong communication skills are required—you will present plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and partner teams. A background that demonstrates quantitative rigor when measuring outcomes and qualitative depth when understanding customer needs is preferred. Candidates should be able to demonstrate past product decisions with clear impact and be ready to mentor more junior team members.
